The Coos Health & Wellness Public Health Division continues to provide Reproductive Health and other Public Health services. Some of the available services are:
· Birth Control
methods, such as the pill, the ring, the shot, and intrauterine device.
· Women’s Health
Annual Exams and Screenings for cervical and breast cancer.
· Testing &
treatment for sexually transmitted diseases for both males and females.
· Immunizations for
children and adults.
These services can be provided at low cost
or for free for uninsured community members. The Contraceptive Care program may
cover costs for birth control, testing, and exams.
Coos Health & Wellness also accepts
Oregon Health Plan (WOAH), Pacific Source, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Providence,
ODS/MODA, and Lifewise. Please, bring your insurance card at time of service.
Appointments are available within a few
days Tuesdays thru Fridays.
