Bay Area Kiwanis are pleased
to offer See’s Candies during this holiday
season. A variety of delectable confections are available for purchase
through December 24th. The Kiwanis Candy Trailer is located at the
north end of the Pony Village Mall parking lot. Hours are 11 a.m. – 6
p.m. daily, except for a 5 p.m. closing on Thursday, December 10th.
Kiwanis have been selling See’s candies to our community since 1984, and
this year the club is able to accept major credit cards as well as cash
or checks.
Proceeds from the candy sales help fund the many service projects
Kiwanis provide to our community. These projects include an annual shoe
giveaway for disadvantaged kids, scholarships for local high school
graduates, North Bend and Marshfield Key Clubs, sponsorship of a team at
the OSAA annual Boys and Girls 3A Championship Basketball Tournament and
many other ventures that benefit youth in our community. Candy
purchases are a great way to show support for these activities while
also getting a sweet deal!
