ATTENTION ELIGIBLE VETERANS:

                                                Free Flu Shots at the VA

What:                          The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA Roseburg Healthcare System) is offering free flu vaccinations for eligible Veterans at the VA Roseburg and our Community Based Outpatient Clinics. In addition to clinics listed below, Veterans are encouraged to ask for their Flu Shot with any regularly scheduled appointment.

North Bend Clinic:       Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Oct 6, 7, 8:
                                                9:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. and 12:30-3:00p.m.
