Have you been curious about yoga? Try Yoga with Sailee in the beautiful setting of South Slough on Saturday, January 9 from 1-3 pm. In this workshop we will learn the basic postures of a sun salutation and a comfortable seat. This class is designed for the beginning level student with the opportunity for deeper modifications for returning yogis.
