A series of FREE caregiver
classes begins on March
2, 2016 and runs for six consecutive Wednesdays through April 6, 2016. Please choose afternoons or evenings and
register for only one series.
afternoons from 3:00 – 4:30 OR
evenings from 6:00 – 7:30
Classes meet at Bay Area Community
Health & Education Center, 3950 Sherman, NB (across from Baycrest Village)
This class teaches skills to
help unpaid caregivers take care of themselves.
Valuable information and personal sharing time benefits anyone who is
caring for an older adult --family member, neighbor or friend whether they are
living with you, nearby or across the country.
Class size is limited and
registration is necessary! For more
