Those who pass the exam and pay the required $10 fee to the Coos Health & Wellness
will be issued a Food Handler Card. (cash, check or credit/debit card) The Food Handler Training Manual can be obtained at: http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/FoodSafety/Pages/manual.aspx
