‘Crack Up’ Fresh Dungeness Crab at the Charleston Crab Feed,
February 13
Join
with the Charleston community in celebrating Oregon’s fresh Dungeness
crab harvest at the 32nd Annual Charleston Merchant’s Crab Feed on Saturday, February 13, 2016.
The
event will be from 11 am to 3 pm at the “Old” Charleston Elementary School Cafeteria, 64065 Seven Devils
Road: This is the main fundraiser for the Charleston Visitor Center, but also provides
assistance to other needs and events in the Charleston community.
Volunteers
will serve whole or half fresh crab dinners with side dishes, dinner roll, and
a beverage. Prices are $20 for a whole
and $18 for a half a crab. Delicious
slices of pie will be available for an additional $1.00. There will be crab
bibs for all and Charleston merchants will host
prize drawings during the festival.
“The
returning star of the annual festival is fresh, certifiably delicious Oregon
Dungeness crab,” said Wild Woman Ruth Barker.
“Don’t miss it.”
